(APG), the commercial brokerage his father, Barry Seidel, founded in Sarasota in 1987. APG is a second-generation, family-owned firm now led by Brian and his brother Adam Seidel.
Brian mainly sells and leases industrial, warehouse and manufacturing property, office and retail. He has a particular passion for manufacturing facilities and the businesses that operate in them.
